According to Oral-B, this dual action provides twice the cleaning action and removes more plaque than a regular manual toothbrush. Interdental tips help the bristles reach along the gumline and between the teeth. Indicator bristles fade with use to show when it is time to change the head.
The pack is compatible with rotating Oral-B power handles. It does not fit Oral-B Pulsonic, Sonic or iO toothbrushes. Dentists generally recommend replacing a brush head about every three months.

How to Use
