Draw the liner along the upper lash line for a thin, even stroke.
If you prefer more control, dab small dots along the lashes, then connect them.
For a thicker line or cat-eye, add a second, shorter stroke on the outer third of the lash line and fill the space between the two lines.
Allow the colour to dry before applying mascara or curling the lashes, to avoid transfer while the formula is still wet.
