How to use

1. Clean the mouth protector before the first use by rinsing it with warm water. Do not use toothpaste or mouthwash, as it can damage the material.
2. Boil a pot of water and remove it from the heat source. Immerse the mouth protector in the hot water for about 10-20 seconds to soften the material.
3. Take the mouth protector out of the hot water using tongs or a spoon, and let it cool down for a few seconds, until it is safe to handle.
4. Place the mouth protector in your mouth and bite down firmly, but not too hard, on the back teeth. Use your fingers to press the front and back of the mouth protector against your teeth for a better fit.
5. Keep the mouth protector in your mouth for about 30 seconds while it cools down and becomes hardened. This will ensure it molds properly to your teeth.
6. Remove the mouth protector from your mouth and run it under cold water to set it completely.
7. Trim any excess material from the edges of the mouth protector using scissors, if necessary, for a more comfortable fit.
8. Rinse the mouth protector with water before and after each use to remove any bacteria or debris.
9. Store the mouth protector in a clean, dry container when not in use, and avoid exposing it to extreme heat or direct sunlight.
