How to Use

• Step 1: Start by applying the black primer making sure to coat every lash. 
• Step 2: Then, before the primer dries apply the fiber-rich mascara on top of the primed lashes to create an extreme lash fringe effect. Repeat on other eyes. 
• Step 3: Removes easily with soap and water.
