Oral-B OxyJet MD20 is a mains-powered oral irrigator that mixes air and water into a stream of microbubbles. Use it after brushing to rinse food debris from between the teeth and along the gumline, and to massage the gums.

The 600 ml tank is marked in millilitres. A pressure dial from 1 (gentle) to 5 (strong) lets you build up gradually; start on 1 if gums bleed easily or if children use it. The handle switch starts and stops the jet. Four OxyJet nozzles are included, with storage on the unit and a replaceable air filter on the base.

How to Use

• After brushing, click a nozzle onto the handle, fill the tank with lukewarm water and switch the unit on with the handle switch in the stop position.
• Set pressure (start at 1), lean over a basin, then slide the handle switch to start the jet. Keep the mouth slightly open so water can run out.
• Empty the tank after use. Switch off once the water has stopped. Wipe the handle dry and store the nozzles in the compartment.
