The DEFINE & HIGHLIGHT DUO is designed with 2 brushes to naturally sculpt and illuminate your favorite facial features.
How to Use
- Sculpt: Use the tapered bristles of the Define brush to dust contour shade onto areas of the face you want to define or minimize such as hollows of cheekbones, jawline, or forehead. Apply by tracing the number “3” on both sides of your face. Start at the top of your forehead; sweep down and across the hollow of your cheeks, then dust across jawline.
- Highlight: With the wide fanned bristles of the Highlight brush, gently sweep on highlighting powder to facial features you want to bring forward such as the apples of cheeks, center of forehead or bridge of nose.
Tips
Use a contour shade that is 2-3 shades darker than your natural skin tone.

Interested in extending the life of your brushes? Here’s how we clean our brushes:
- If it’s a brush you use daily, we recommend washing it weekly using EcoTools Brush Shampoo and warm water.
- Lather the bristles with EcoTools Brush Shampoo and rinse under water until the water runs clear.
- Try not to fully submerge the base of the bristles in water or your cruelty-free bristles may detach from the form.
- After rinsing, smooth brush head back into original form and lay flat to dry.
- Let dry overnight and wake up to a refreshed brush for your morning makeup routine.
