The Eyeliner Pencil Kajal Deborah Nº 119 is a soft-textured pencil and dramatic color. Blends easily. Safe for use along the inner rim of the eyes. Long-lasting, high-precision color and a gliding, super-soft texture. Also suitable for use along the inner rim of the eyes. Lighter shades widen the eyes and illuminate the gaze. Darker colors create a deeply alluring look.
Apply along the top and bottom lash line beginning in the inner corner of the eye and working outward.
