The Tampax Cup Heavy Flow is a reusable menstrual cup made from 100% medical-grade silicone. It comes with a hard carry case for hygienic storage. Tampax developed the cup with a gynaecologist for a body-inspired Soft Curve shape that is designed to stay in place and reduce pressure on the bladder.
Wear it for up to 12 hours, including overnight and during sport, then empty, rinse and reinsert according to the leaflet. It is fragrance-free, dye-free, BPA-free and latex-free. Tampax recommends this Heavy Flow size for people who usually use Super Plus absorbency tampons.
This listing is the Heavy Flow cup with case (1 cup). It is not the Regular Flow size and not a starter pack of both sizes. Before first use, boil the cup in plenty of water for 2–3 minutes as directed.
To insert, flatten and fold the cup, keep the opening upwards and guide it into the vagina, tilted backwards. To remove, pull the stem and pinch the base to release the seal. Do not flush the cup. Store it clean and dry in the case, in a cool dry place.
