How to Use
First, gently pull your eyelid and place the eyeliner tip as close to lash line as possible. Then, spread Signature Extra Black Eyeliner from the inner corner of your eye, while using small strokes, to the outer corner until it makes the perfect finish. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
