How to Use
While this mask can be used Day and Night it is better used during the Night 2 to 3 times a week.
For better results follow these steps:

Stimulate & Reactivate: Pinch in circular motions with finger tips. For the first time you need to repeat the gesture 3 times in each area, including the temples and the forehead. This stimulates the micro-circulation.
